Grab Your Spouse and Celebrate Today!

Celebration is an important part of a healthy marriage. So why not commemorate your marriage vows at least once a month? Here are a few guidelines:

Don't invite your friends. Think how little you actually talk to your spouse and group events—let alone see him or her!

Take turns planning. Arranging and carrying out the adventure expresses your appreciation for your mate.

Keep it simple. Remember it's not the presents, dinner, or flowers that count, but the time together.

Be creative. Never repeat an activity more than once a year.

Do something your spouse will enjoy. Participate cheerfully, not grudgingly. You may even find your mate's interests are worth pursuing yourself!
