One of today's special days is Pancake Day. This is one of my favorite breakfast foods. Let's face it, even iHop has figured that one out. On February 28, participating iHop restaurants will be giving away 1 short stack per person, betwene 7 am to 2 pm, in honor of National Pancake Day.
