Take My Mother's Day Gift Early

I decided yesterday that I would book an manicure appointment for today, at
Happy Nails & Spa. This is my favorite nail salon. (professional and sanitary) I had the works, cuticle oil soak, massage, parrafin wrap, manicure and buff. It was so relaxing, and I even indulged in reading this month's 'Star' magazine.

And than headed over to Von's grocery store for my Friday Starbuck's Iced Mocha. It was my freebie, which made it all the better! For lunch I had a Hail Caesar Sandwich, potato chips and a water. Yummy.

I'm so happy that I decided to take my Mother's Day gift early. Here's wishing all the moms a Happy Mother's Day!

'Zits' - Our Family Story

'Zits' comic strip is about teenage son, Jeremy, his parents and friends. My husband actually reads this strip daily. He says there are cameras in our home. I have to agree. There are many times that the strip reflects the latest happenings in our home.

I even get an email from husband stating, "You've got to read Zits today!" It's great to have a strip that our family can enjoy together!

Cool Jobs That Pay More - Cool Jobs.com

I was reading the homepage on AOL.com this morning and this banner got my attention. '10 Cool Jobs That Pay More Than You Think'. I figured that I wouldn't be surprised by what was on the list but I was wrong.

A few of the jobs do not require a college education and make great home business opportunities. Did you know that a clown can make a livable wage, in many areas? Stop by and take a look.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' - Bravo

Did you watch the new series, 'Desperate Wives of Orange County' final show? I sure did. I was interesting to see some of the reality of these people's lives. And since I live in Southern California I can say that it's really like that. People being more focused on their appearance and image than the inside.

Stop by the website to read the boards and Kimberly' blogs.
