For sometime now I've been hinting to my husband that we needed to hire a houskeeping service. Since returning to fulltime work I've had a hard time maintaining the standard of cleaness that we have become accustomed to.
So, a couple of weeks ago our assistant manager found a housekeeping service for me. Carol Kings Cleaning Service provides an array of services, including laundry, in the Las Vegas area, for $75 for 3 hours. I gave them a call, scheduled a morning appointment and hung up with a huge smile on my face.
Telma, housekeeper, did a fantastic job! She cleaned and organized our medicine cabinets, made the beds, sweep, scrubbed the floors and walls, vaccumed the carpets, collected trash, dusted and washed out all the wastebaskets. The windows were wiped clean of spills and fingerprints. Even the blinds were dusted. The apartment had a clean smell for almost a week. The big surprise was our teen and my husband. They loved how great everything looked and smelled. And me, I loved not having to wash and fold laundry over the weekend.
