Menu Monday Plan - June 30, 2008
Wow! Time sure does fly when you're busy. I finally have completed signing all the contracts, for the vow renewal ceremony and now will focus on spending money. LOL
July's projects are as follows: paying for the hotel room for our mini honeymoon, purchasing the invitations, response and menu cards, and shoes and accessories.
We're having our ceremonial dinner at Landry's Seafood House. Me being from New England and our love of seafood - it's a perfect match. My family really enjoys the service and the quality of the food.
Wrapping up another month, at work. The recession has hit many of our neighbors hard. Many people are having to put their items in storage due to foreclosure, downsizing or moving in with relatives. At American Mini Storage - S Jones we're very busy with new customers moving in on a daily basis. This is definitely a time for families to get together and help each other.
Well, enough of that - now onto this week's menu! Thank you to Organizing Junkie!

Hamburgers on Whole Wheat Buns, Salad
Hamburger Sauce on Cheese Tortinelli
Lime Chicken, Salad and Brown Rice
