Victoria's Family Chapel and Reception - They Made It All Possible

Sis Finn, Victoria's Chapel and Reception, did a fantastic job! She made it all possible for us to enjoy our day. Sis kept us on track for the ceremony.

Victoria's Chapel and Reception offer several affordable wedding and renewal ceremony packages that fit anyone's monthly budget. We made a deposit and then monthly payments for our cake and punch ceremony. The package included bouquet, champagne toast, punch, chapel for a hour, cocktail room, boutonniers, 15 picture album and lots more, for $1500.

We actually paid an additional $85 to upgrade our wedding cake to a 3 tier.(it was delicious) There are other options one can purchase, such as limos, photo and video packages.

The Bridal Suite was very comfortable. I wished I had taken a few photos. Christine, Jessica and I had plenty of room to sit and get ready. When it was time to get dressed I noticed I had forgotten a dress tag. Christine found a drawer with scissors and other emergency items.

Halloween Items at Etsy.com

Have you ever purchase a gift for someone and then ended up wanting it for yourself? Well, I had the best intentions of giving the Candy Corn Soap as a Halloween gift but the smell and the love of the had me hooked. Yes, I opened the package, placed it in our soap dish and now we're using it.

Now, I'm back on Etsy.com looking to place another order. This time I'll send it directly to the receipent.

Happy Belated Birthday Honey!

Marcus, our "Little One" and I want to wish our guy a very Happy Belated Birthday!

We spent our day relaxing, watching some "Peacemakers" episodes on Fancast.com, and taking Marcus to his 4 hours of school. We gave him a $50 online Barnes and Noble gift certificate and a new Starbucks coffee mug.

Ordered the Photo Album - Snapfish.com

I decided to purchase a 5x7 photo album today at Snapfish.com. It was so easy, just select the cover and add my favorite renewal ceremony photos, add some captions and click accept.

The price is very affordable too, $4.99 plus shipping.

Menu Plan Monday - October 20, 2008

I love the fact that we end and start our week off by attending our local church services, on Sunday night. We've recently decided to close the store at 4pm so we won't be so wiped out physically for 6pm service.

Busy work week includes - several appointments with vendors for possible advertising opportunities,a ribbon cutting ceremony at our Henderson store, a new member breakfast at the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, marketing for my store, and lots of phone calls and follow ups for marketing for our region. Oops, I may have forgotten to mention I received a promotion - I'm the Marketing Director for the Southwest Region for American Mini Storage. And yes, I still work from home!

We had a beautiful renewal ceremony. I wasn't very nervous but I did cry. Thanks Charles! Thank you to my friend, Angeline for travelling from San Diego to my the day! She surprised me. Our teen did a fantastic job at hosting the event. He informed us that he had a terrific time. Everyone s…
