Another Christmas Blessing!

A Christmas Basket Full of Gifts

A very generous person dropped off a large wicker basket of food for our family at our church. One of the church couples called to say that they would be dropping it off since it contained some perishable items.

After they dropped it off Marcus called me to help him put away the food. Our mouths dropped to the floor! The basket contained a Prime Rib Roast, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, milk, cheese, nuts, olives, pickles and a variety of breads.

They also included a Christmas card with $400 but didn't sign it.

We would like to let them know that our family has been so truly blessed this Christmas. This is the best Christmas we ever had. I also want them to know that we will be paying it forward.

To you and yours here's wishing a Merry Christmas from the Berry-Morins!

What an awesome gift for your family!! I remember when Phil was out of work for a year, we had the best Christmas ever. People made it happy for us with gifts of food and getting us things we needed. I remember we had a few little things for the 2 children and Phil and I made cards for each other. It's awesome that people come around those who have less to help them out. I'm so glad you have friends who care!!! May God bless you and thanks for the recent posts. Merry Christmas!!!

This brought tears to my eyes and made me think of a country song by Clay Walker, "The Chain of Love" when you say you will be paying it forward.
God always takes care of us when we have faith. Your recipe for the prime rib sounds wonderful.
Merry Christmas to you and your family Rona.
