Tonik Health Insurance for Teens and Young Adults

After browsing health insurance websites I found the answer with a local insurance broker. She suggested Tonik Heatlh, Anthem Blue Cross, for Marcus. For only $98 a month, he has health, dental and eye coverage that's suited for a young health teen.

I was even able to purchase a life insurance policy for him for only an extra $1.

This is a much better rate and coverage than what our company insurance could offer.

Please keep in mind this is not a policy for someone who needs to be seen by a doctor on a regular basis. But if you have healthly teens and are looking for affordable coverage Tonik may be the answer.

ps coverage areas are currently limited to California, Nevada, New Hampshire, Georgia, Connecticut and Colorado.

Pleasant View Schoolhouse - Blog Recommendation

My Household Management Binder

These days I really enjoy reading blogs full of inspiration, like home decor, sewing, kniting, and cooking. Don't we get enough bad news from TV and the newspaper?

Pleasant View Schoolhouse has been one of my favorite blogs for a few years. On your visits you'll notice some beautiful photos and projects.

Looking for Patrotic Decor Items - Terry's Village

Last year I was looking for inexpensive patrotic decor items for our store, at American Mini Storage. The requirements were afforable price and quality. Some of their items are cheesy but they do have some cute accent pieces.

I found some American flag garden stakes to add to our container plants. As well as an Uncle Sam's on an old-fashioned bicycle for one of the file cabinets.

Stop by Terry's Village for some Memorial Day and July 4th buys to decorate the house and the office.

Charles' root canal actually went very well. See I wouldn't let him wait any longer and made the appointment. The doctor advised me that root canals have a bad rap because people wait till they're in serious pain.

Marcus and I worked together while Charles was out. Talk about bonding. My teen and I actually ate lunch together, laughed, and had a great time. The store was very busy on Friday, with customers paying their monthly rents and uHaul rents.

My husband was very impressed with the cleaness, of the property and store and the daily income. Was there any doubts that the "Little One" and I knew what we were doing?

Now onto the menu! Thanks to Organizing Junkie for hosting MPM.

Tri Tip, Sauteed Asparagus, Cabbage

Lasagna, Mixed Green Salad

Marinated Salmon, Green Beans

Tacos, Black Beans

Dinner Out at Country Cafe

Plans for Memorial Day?

We're going to be kicking back at the local Holiday Inn Express, enjoying some time away from work! Me and the hubby are planning on spending some time in the pool and the whirlpool too. I better start looking for my bathing suit!

The "Little One" is still protesting that he's not going. When he did think he actually had a vote?!

What are your Memorial Day plans?
