Charles and I talked about him taking over more of the household duties. I guess I already knew what his response was going to be. He doesn't like cleaning and managing the house.
For years, I've been the one to do run the house, take care of the family and manage the money. I love doing it and he says I'm better at it then him!
Things are very different these days. With my multiply pain issues and working a full time job I'm exhausted!
So, we talked about his standard of cleaning being different then me. I'm a clean freak. Me accepting that I wouldn't be nagging him about it. And Marcus, our teen helping out more. Now that's a deal!

Oh, that's a tough one, Rona! I have a similar problem - "clean" should mean CLEAN, not "good enough!" My husband was out of work for several months, and now he's home by noon most days - and by the time I get home from work, he's so lonely for company, I think, that I can't get anything done.
It'll all work out, though - it always does, doesn't it?
