Marcus Preparing the Spare Ribs! Yummy




We had 6 pounds of ribs, cooked for 2 hours at  350 degree oven for 2 hours.  Then fr the last 15 minutes, we turn the oven down, covered with barbecue sauce.  Let rest for 20 minutes, grab plates and napkins and dig in!

I served them with baked potatoes.
