Zipcar - A Car Sharing Service for Occasional Driving

I first of heard of Zipcar last year while watching a morning TV show travel segment. It peaked my interest so I decided to do some research.

This is a service that focusing on the growing population of carfree people.   It's different then renting because you pay an annual membership fee to join.  When you want to reserve a car you either pay a hourly or daily rate.  Your gas and insurance are included. 

There are two plans, Occasional Driver and Extra Value Plan.  Check the website for details.

There's self service access 24/7 to the vehicles.  Most of their locations are located in large cities and college towns.  There currently is no location in Las Vegas or Nevada.
