I Love Small Scrapbooks! Severe Chronic Pain Sufferer

When I started suffering from nerve damage,some loss of motion and severe pain 11 years ago I didn't want to stop scrap booking. I love scrap booking!

While doing some online surfing, I came across an article about ways of adapting your hobbies to your physical limitations. I decided to give the smaller scrapbooks a try!

I usually buy scrap booking kits. The papers will be cut to the right size; cutting down on the need to use scissors.

The autumn theme renewal scrapbook was purchased from an Etsy store, 2 years ago. I emailed the store owner a photo of my bouquet and asked her to incorporate the colors into this paper bag scrapbook.

When it arrived I discovered not only did it surpass my expectations but the pages were already included places for journaling. All I had to do was select photos, crop and add to the pages. Loved it!

This book was a kit purchased from QVC many years ago.

Creating a Scrapbook - My Lastest Scrapbook Kit!

I found this scrapbooking kit at Big Lots a few weeks, for $3.
This kit comes with 2 rings, 2 cardboard pieces with 2 holes, decorative papers and embellishments!
I was able to create this small scrapbook, which I'm dedicating to my favorite things.

I decided to paint my nails yesterday with I Love You Candy nail polish! I think it's a fun color for spring.

Summer is Coming So Let's Keep It Short!

My hair is finally starting to grow out these days but I've decided to leave natural short afro. Summers in Las Vegas are brutal. And I've grown comfortable with this look.

And when I need a change I just grab a wig from the closet, put it on and head out the door!

Wash, Rinse and Fluff - Caring for My Wig!

I washed my wig for the first time last night. It was 5 mins of soaking in the cold water and shampoo, rinse, then conditioner. Then my wig dried overnight on this wig stand. This morning she just need a spritz of Luster spray and fluff. Now, she's ready to wear!

Why Can't the Nail Polish Last Longer?

I think my nail polish tops out at 3 days. I wish scientist could come up with a more durable nail polish.
