Eat Less Processed Foods and More Whole Foods! Great Advice for Chronic Pain Sufferers

Many doctors feel that there are chemicals in some foods that trigger the release of neurotransmitters heighten one's sensitivity to pain.

I'm continuing to notice a little less pain since following my healthier diet several months ago.
I added some chickpeas and green olives stuffed with blue cheese!
