Homemade Banana Pancakes for My Hubby

Recently, I found this banana pancake recipe on Martha Stewart.com. So, I decided to make the batter last night and put it in the fridge. (time saver)

This morning I just re-stirred the batter, heated up the cast iron pan and started assembling my pancakes. My husband told me that they were delicious, as he was taking another bite. If I had any doubts they were erased when he asked for another small stack!
