Chronic Pain Sufferer: Modified Yoga Tree

My son introduced me to yoga and I have grown to love it. I wanted to find yoga instructors that offered visual modified yoga positions that would accommodate my pain and motion restrictions. Here's the yoga tree: strengthen core, back muscles and balance

I just wanted to say thanks for this post. As someone with health issues, I had never even considered that I could do modified poses on bad days! You've given me something to investigate further.

This is one pose I've never been able to do because my balance is horrible & I'm overweight. Now I can try it again. Thanks!
