Menu Plan Monday ~ July 23, 2012

Humidity has found it's way to Las Vegas so now we're really suffering. On top of that, I suffer from severe chronic pain so my joints feel like someone injected fluid in them. It's extremely uncomfortable but I'm continue with my day...just moving a little slower then usual. I want to thank Organizing Junkie for hosting Menu Plan Mondays! One can get so much inspiration for their menu plans from the participants. Come join us!
Pioneer Woman meatloaf, mashed potatoes, salad
Fried chicken, salad ~ family request
Smothered pork chops, brown rice, salad
Roasted chicken, roasted potatoes, carrots
Pick-your-own-toppings salad
Strawberry Refrigerator Cake for dessert!

Now I am totally craving meatloaf looking at that photo! I may have to try making that this week, it looks so good!

Oh. . .how I wish I liked meatloaf. Apparently my grandmother's recipe is amazing and I can bet my bottom dollar that the Pioneer woman's is too. What I'm drooling over is those pork chops. I'm not usually a gravy-liker, but those look pretty darn tasty! Thanks for sharing your menu as well. Such yummy ideas!
