Humidity has found it's way to Las Vegas so now we're really suffering. On top of that, I suffer from severe chronic pain so my joints feel like someone injected fluid in them. It's extremely uncomfortable but I'm continue with my day...just moving a little slower then usual.

Oh. . .how I wish I liked meatloaf. Apparently my grandmother's recipe is amazing and I can bet my bottom dollar that the Pioneer woman's is too. What I'm drooling over is those pork chops. I'm not usually a gravy-liker, but those look pretty darn tasty! Thanks for sharing your menu as well. Such yummy ideas!
