I'm bookmarking that soup - looks absolutely delicious! Stay cool there in Vegas. We visited 2 years ago and it was over 100 degrees. At least you don't have the awful humidity we get in the midwest, but any time you're over 100 it is pretty darn hot :) Have a wonderful week!
Your menu plan looks so delicious. The baked chicken especially! Try to stay cool in that hot Las Vegas weather. We've really lucked out here in Washington, temps have finally cooled back down to the low 90's. Have a great week!
Fish and chips (of course with malt vinegar). Oh yum! I almost had some last week when we went to a pub for dinner. Now I wish I had.
