Menu Plan Monday ~ July 9, 2012

We're in for some brutal temps of 110+ so preparing meals that require little prep are a must this week! Also, when the hotter it gets we like to eat more smaller meals, salads and fruits. Thanks to Organizing Junkie for hosting Menu Plan Mondays.
Make Your Own Salad
Dutch Babies~ great with sliced strawberries

Rona,
Thanks for stopping by the Shrinking Kitchen! I've never made a Dutch Baby before, so thanks for sharing that recipe! I can't wait to try it out :)

Your menu looks great too! I love the pic of potatoes and eggs. I need to make that for my hubby soon. Happy eating this week! Thanks for stopping by my place!

Dutch Babies look scrumptious. Brunch, or breakfast for supper, I'm adding it to my master menu list. Thanks!
