Jumping Tandem Sundays ~ Refraining from Judging Others

Thank you to Jumping Tandem for hosting Sunday!

courtesy of The African-American Devotional Bible KJV, 1997

"Instead of focusing on the faults of others, we must focus on the forgiving grace of the Savior and his ability to repair the brokenness in each of our lives". Bishop Vinton Anderson

Prayer "Dear God, help us to refrain from being judgmental of others. Help us rather to center on the principles by which all are measured and the grace of Jesus Christ through which all may be forgiven. Amen"

Yes, focusing on our own sinfulness to be changed through the Lord is the most important part. Too easy to jump for/at someone else's throat and expect them to change to make us and others happier. Doesn't seem to work out that way very well. Focusing the right place at the right time is a spiritual growth necessity.
