Marcus has asked me to make another batch after he discovered that I had given most of the cookies away.
I found that they were easy to prepare. I did use a baking stone instead of our cookie sheet. In my experience, the cookies bake golden brown on the stone. I wasn't disappointed. Oh, and I did use my muffin/cookie scooper. After a the first batch I realized I didn't have to fill it completely. (my scooper is 3 tablespoons)
