Chicken Stir Fry for Lunch

I just used one boneless chicken breast, half a red and yellow pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper, and Ramen noodles. I didn't use the beef packet..too much salt.

Stir fry ingredients for a few minutes. Boil Ramen noodles. Add noodles to frying pan and my lunch was ready!

Mrs Field's Cupcakes ~ My Review

My first attempt of baking cupcakes with the liners. No sticking! I used a store bought red icing. Next time I'll buy a white frosting and red dye.

Finally, they taste good but not as great as homemade.

Menu Plan Monday ~ February 6, 2012

The New England Patriots lost! Ugh! But it was a great game to watch no matter who you were rooting for.

The Super Bowl commercials were okay this year. Only notable for me was the H&M David Beckham ad.

I'm so going to buy a pair of briefs for my hubby for Valentine's Day!

Now onto this week's menu plan! Thank you Organizing Junkie for hosting this weekly linky party!

Chicken Pot Pie

Mongolian Beef with Rice

Shepard's Pie

Chicken Noodle Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Hot Dogs, Whole Wheat Buns, Baby Carrots

Sunday ~ Jumping Tandem February 5, 2012

I'm joining the Sunday linky party at Jumping Tandem today. Have a blessed and content day!

Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
I know both how to be abased, and I know who to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me. Philippians 4:11-13
