I have to say the writers wrote a wonderful storyline to give the fans a satisfied ending. I want to recommend a box of Kleenex, you'll need it!

Yoga Poses for Fibromyalgia Patients : Yoga Cat Pose for Fibromyalgia Pa...

I've recently incorporated this modified cat pose into my morning yoga sessions.  As I do the stretch my back feels like it's releasing tension.  And I do feel a little more energetic afterwards.   Remember to speak with your doctor before exercising, utilize the modified positions as per instructed and start slow.

Using Our Recycleable Shopping Bags: Being Green

MNT Article: Fibromyalgia Patients Self-Medicating With Cannabis May Have Poor Mental Health Outcomes

Fibromyalgia Patients Self-Medicating With Cannabis May Have Poor Mental Health Outcomes

As a 12 year chronic pain sufferer I'm aware that the medical industry is slow when coming up with more efficient and safe pain management medications.  Many sufferers will seek out their own path to relief.

This article provides percentages, the difficulty of studying an illegal drug and the recommendation that Fibro sufferers should hold off till more studies are done.

I do not have an opinion regarding the use of cannabis for pain management.  What I've learned over the years is that one's pain management plan is subjective.
