This is one of my favorite things to order at an Italian restaurant when I see it's on the menu!  Add a marinara sauce with shredded cheese and I'm so there!  I'm just wondering how hard it would be to make them.  I mean they use the word, Simple.  So it's gotta be simple to do .  Right?

Therapy Session: My Time in a Mental Institution

Source: via Lori on Pinterest At this week's therapy session, my husband joined me and I shared a little about my time in a mental institution.

The cold dirty floors and heavy steel self locking doors didn't promote a place of healing. Physical activity amounted to standing outside surrounded by tall walls and barbed wire.

I don't remember being admitted because the hospital doped me up for the trip. But they showed me where I signed the commitment papers!

A person is segregated by age in sections of the building and never come into contact with the other age groups. (teens, seniors) But they do put you with bipolar disorders and schizophrenics. My roommate, Sylvania, pronounced Savannha, kept bugging me and everyone else to have sex with her. She ev…

Halloween Decorations

I remember a time when Halloween was more about trick or treating, kid's costumes and school parties. Who knew that a record 170 million people in the United States will spend up to $8 billion, according to a retail industry survey. Menu Plan Monday ~ October 8, 2012

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing and unplugged weekend! We took a bus ride to Summerlin, a planned community outside of Las Vegas, on Saturday. It's a beautiful location with manicured lawns, gorgeous homes and clean streets.

The bus took us pass the JT Shiners' golf tournament which was in full swing! The streets were busy with pedestrians and traffic!
