101 Cookbook: Caramelized Onion Dip Recipe

I made the Caramelized Onion dip over the weekend.

As usual I put my spin on the recipe.

I didn't use Fage Greek yogurt because I forgot to buy some so I used the additional portion of sour cream. I also added some celery salt to taste.

101 Cookbook suggest that the dip taste better at room temperature.

I served it with carrots and celery. My husband and I really enjoyed it.
