Italian Herb Bread: Our First Try at Baking Bread

Here's the Italian Herb Bread recipe!

Marcus started the loaf by mixing the yeast, sugar and warm water, in a bowl. Then setting the bowl aside for 5 minutes.

He then added the rest of the ingredients, stirred them together until the dough was stiff. After shaping it and letting it rest this is what we have!


I placed the loaf, on our baking stone, in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes. We let it cool and then enjoyed slices of warm bread! We'll definitely be baking bread again!
