Today's Lunch: Keeping Things Light and Delicious

After having my initial phone consultation with Leslie Gail, Health,Wellness Coach, on Tuesday, I decided to revamp my lunches.

I usually will have salad, leftovers or a sandwich. I decided to get inspired and made a chicken pasta dish today. We had leftover sauteed skinless boneless chicken thighs, a tomato and cooked Barilla multigrain thin spaghetti. So armed with herbs, cracked pepper and extra virgin olive oil I came up with this dish!

It was flavorful and filling! Yum, yum!
