Healthy Cereal Has Lots of Sugar ~ HuffPostLive

Some of the bowls of 'healthy' brand cereal had more than 30 grams of sugar in them! Ugh!

I guess we need to be paying more attention to the nutrition labels on our healthy breakfast cereal boxes. Or better yet, lets enjoy a bowl of oatmeal or Cream of Wheat.

I consider all cereal as a treat. It's not the healthiest of options. I love me some fruity pebbles!

I totally agree with you. Cereal is a treat!
I love a bowl of Corn Pops or Lucky Charms once in awhile.
