Obesity Is Now Considered A Disease ~HuffPostLive Segment



The American Medical Association recently declared that obesity is a disease. This action would give patients more access to weight loss treatments. Yet, many opponents say the designation promotes prejudice.

Do overweight people need their own civil rights movement? Do you think that will only make matters worse for those who are obese?
