Sunday's Lunch: Shrimp Spaghettini

Hubby and I decided to make Shrimp Spaghettini on Sunday, for lunch. This recipe makes enough for 2 but I shared some with our son. We love all of the layers of flavors, especially the lemon and red pepper flakes. It's quick and healthy too.

Blue Apron sends you all the ingredients and recipe cards. So all you have to do is pull out your cookware and extra virgin olive oil and start cooking. We had so much fun making this dish together. Everything was so fresh. Are you a fan of fresh mint too?

Shrimp Spaghettini recipe card are easy to follow. The cards are laminated so they wipe off clean.

Here's the results of our handy work. This is now a family favorite.
