Melissa Taylor Let.It.Go. Blog Hop Week Six

This is the last Melissa Taylor's Blog Hop for the book, Let.It.Go. I hope that you've enjoyed the book as much as I have. Karen Ehman's writing style had me feeling like she was sitting across from me, talking to me like a good friend. There's so much of herself in the chapters. Lots of laughs and a few tears.

This is a book that will not find itself on my PaperBack Swap list. I'm plan on re-reading the book, as a refresher. After all, I'm no where near letting go of all areas of my life. But I'm a little bit closer since reading the book and participating in the bible study.

Topics for our LAST Let.It.Go. Blog Hop are!

1. Lean on Him. I will say of the LORD, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust! Psalm 91:2 AMP. How does this verse speak into your life right now?

2. Stunning or Lopsided. He is the Potter, we are the clay. Of all the chapter…

Don't Forget To Prep Your Vegetables

One of the time savers that works for me, is to prep your vegetables when you get them home! I think I got the original idea from Rachel Ray's 30 Minute Meals.

Make sure you have plenty of containers or freezer bags, sharp knives, and cutting board. And if needed, volunteers!

I like to make a big salad which we can have for meals and lunches. It takes us about 2-3 days to eat it. And when it's gone, I make another one, using different vegetables, nuts and ingredients. No waste!

All my husband has to do in the morning is fill a container for his lunch. It makes the mornings much more enjoyable!

It's been almost 2 years when ABC announced that they were cancelling "All My Children" and "One Life to Live", long running soap operas, due to low ratings. Recently, there's news that both will be returning, with new episodes, to the Internet, April 29.

Fans will be able to get the latest 30 minute episodes via Hulu.

In addition, the iTunes store will offer both series via iPhone, iPod Touch, Apple TV and Mac and PC.

Will you be watching? Or taking a pass?

My husband and I love visiting Home Depot gardening section! On Saturday, we stopped by to see if the Meyer Lemon trees had arrived. (they did) We also couldn't help to check out some of the herbs and vegetables selections.

The colorful container flowers definitely caught our eye. We also noticed the selection of ice plants and succulents.
