Thursday Dinner: Lemon Halibut, Jasmine Rice and Steamed Kale

Thursday dinner was inspired by Cooking with Carolyn's Grilled Halibut & Brown Basmati Herb Rice! I love her recipes, especially the Lighter Side recipes.

I decided to use fresh lemon juice on the fish and in the rice. The kale was steamed, added sauted garlic too! Oh, and I added fresh chives to the rice.

This was a quick, delicious weeknight meal. I'll definitely be making it again!
