Saturday Dinner: Southern Shrimp and Cheese Grits With Zucchini, Corn and Tomatoes

This recipe and ingredients were purchased from Blue Apron.~delish!

Just one substitution: I substituted 1 cup of water for milk and I continued to add some milk, as I was cooking the grits. This is something that I learned last year. It truly does give the grits a more creamier texture.
