I love the crunch from the carrots, English cucumbers and red cabbage. I used plain mayo and added some fresh cilantro. The chicken breast was dry rubbed with Ba'nh Mi seasoning, pan fried and sliced. This french bread really made this sandwich! Just toasted, in the oven for a few minutes.
I couldn't wait to take a bite! This sandwich was loaded with flavors and textures. Thanks Blue Apron for another delicious meal.
