Country Style Pork Boneless Ribs, Fingerling Potatoes, Spring Mixed Greens, Tomato Salad

I love using fresh vegetables to make a dinner extra special. We purchased Fingerling Potatoes, Cherry Tomatoes and Mixed Spring Greens from the farmers market.

They were perfect with grilled Country Pork Style Boneless Ribs! Delicious.
