Enjoying "The Redhead Plays Her Hand" by Alice Clayton

recently won "The Redhead Plays Her Hand" by Alice Clayton via Go Curvy, talk show. Thank you Go Curvy!

I want you to know that I'm really enjoying this book! And here's a warning: you might want to have your hubby, spouse or partner on speed dial! There's some steaming scenes! Oh Mother Hubbard!

But, I don't want to you think that's what this book is all about. It's about Grace Sheridan, who's a fellow curvy gal and her gorgeous, younger boyfriend Jack Hamilton, their lives and friends in Hollywood.

This book is sexy, romantic, and funny! Matter of fact, it's one of the books of The Redhead series!

Check out Go Curvy, on their YouTube Channel!

Menu Plan Monday ~ March 31, 2014

Here's the HuffPostLive bit: Fox is planning a reality show that is, well, pretty mean. In 'I Wanna Marry 'Harry'', a dozen women will compete to marry 'Prince Harry,' with one awful twist -- it's not Prince Harry! Is this totally wrong, or just entertainment?

First thing I want to say is, "What the #@$%!" You're going to tell me these women aren't part of the drama?! There's no way, the royal family would authorize this!

Also, can we just all admit that TV channels are running out of programming ideas?

So, will you be watching "I Wanna Marry Harry"?

Sunday Social With Neely And Ashley! March 30, 2014

What is your ideal way to relax?

I truly find swimming an ideal way to relax. My body and mind are able to just 'float' and escape. I'm really looking forward to when the pool opens for the summer! I also love to take a walk often. The smells, sounds and those powerful endorphins are wonderful pain relievers!

Where is your favorite place to be?

That would be where ever my husband is. Over the 20 years, we've built a life, a home and family. And no matter, if it was in a hole or a palace, it's my favorite place!

Who do you consider your biggest role model?

I actually do not have a role model. I just don't.

What does your life look like in 3 years?

In 3 years, if I'm still on this earth, I'll be sitting next to my husband, on a porch, holding hands, smiling.

What is your biggest accomplishment in life thus far?

Our marriage! 18 years of loving, yelling, growing and humor! Baby, it feels so good!

Fibromyalgia sufferer takes on her chronic pain by training to swim the English Channel

The Washington Post, Health, Lenny Bernstein, Published: March 24~

When the drugs and the doctors and the physical therapists failed her, Katie Pumphrey had one choice left: She could run from pain or confront it, curtail her lifestyle or push it as far as pain would allow.

Pumphrey, a 26-year-old swim coach and painter who has been in chronic pain for nearly two decades, had discovered along the way that intense, exhausting exercise brought some relief from the strange symptoms of her fibromyalgia, a controversial neuromuscular disease with no known cure. And so she decided to go for broke.
