Whenever I'm experiencing a very difficult painful day, it's helpful to mediate, practice breathing, and reflect on several bible verses. Here's one that has been extremely helpful to me.
Isaiah 41:10: "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with My victorious right hand."

How much we've grown as individuals and as a family. I started blogging, in 2005, when our son was still in school, I was working from home and we were living in San Diego. Our lives have changed, over the years, so has the focus of my blog. Besides, my husband and son refer to my blog as a family diary.
