Sunday Lunch: Shrimp and Spaghetti

We purchased fresh Wild Catch Shrimp at the grocery store this weekend. It's been very warm and we were in the mood for seafood.

I made Shrimp Alfredo and Spaghetti for my husband. And he loved it! Due to my dietary restrictions I couldn't do any taste testing but per his smiles, nods and grunts it was a winner!

For my dish, I used button mushrooms, fresh parsley, gourmet salt, cracked black pepper and EVOO. I loved the light fresh taste of this meal. Perfect for a warm Las Vegas day!
