Blue Apron: Hamburgers with Feta-Watermelon Arugula Salad

I decided to get skip the cheddar cheese and use low fat ground beef instead of the Angus beef that Blue Apron sent. Just more for the hubby!

I didn't even miss the vinaigrette, the combination of feta, watermelon and fresh arugula were tasty.
