Valentine's Day Envelope Banner

Thank you to Pinterest for this fun, no cost Valentine's Day craft project. I just used some of my leftover envelopes, rubber stamps, ink, cutouts and twine. After I was done assembling it, I strung it infront of our home office window.

Decorating doesn't get any better than when it's Zero out-of-pocket!

Shari's Berries ~

Not only did the Shari's Berries order arrived packed in an insulated box but they were beautifully packaged!

And I even found a way to reuse the white bow, that came with the box! Woohoo!!

My #SDCVDay Twitter Party Prize Has Arrived!

I attended the #SDCVDay Twitter Party this week and won a Shari's Berries $50 gift code!

Hubby and I love berries and chocolate but these delicious treats are out of this world! I think we'll start our Valentine's Day early!

I Do Love My Coffee But I Love You More!

We do love coffee. We love a good chocolate chip cookie. But we love each other more! Happy Valentine's Day!

Thursday Lunch: Pastrami and Sauerkraut Wrap

I warmed up the pastrami, sauerkraut, and wrap in a cast iron frying pan. Than I spread Dijon Ground Mustard on the wrap, assembled it and dug in. This sandwich was so good! I'll have to make one for my husband this weekend.

Valentine's Day Greeting Card Tree

I've been saving our Valentine's Day cards for decades so to put some of them to good use, I decided to hang them on a tree branch. I just grabbed my hole punch, some red stitching floss and got cracking!

This is a fun, money saving project to reuse all of those greeting cards over the years.

Ruby Tuesday So Connected

I was wicked thrilled to check my email and see that I received a Birthday coupon from Ruby Tuesday, for a free burger~up to $9 value.

Since I live within walking distance of a Ruby Tuesday, I also was able to enjoy a delicous Cosmo with my lunch. Happy Birthday to me!

Tuesday Dinner: Fried Chicken Wraps

These Fried Chicken Wraps were wicked easy to assemble, quick and delicious.

I used Foster Farms Crispy Chicken Strips, just bake or pan fry. Grab some Greenleaf lettuce, Red Onion and Salad Dressing, just add ingredients to any wrap bread, roll it up, slice on diagonal and serve with a pickle and chips.

Valentine's Day Decorations

I managed to get some of the Valentine's Day decorating done. The Love sign was purchased from Big Lots years ago. The cut out heart banner is from an Etsy store. And the big heart banner was paper craft that I made.

On my To-Do list, a Valentine's Day tree and ar DIY V-Day envelope banner.

I'm Taking A Day Off

I woke up this morning feeling pretty good despite all the aches and pains form overdoing it yesterday. But by this afternoon, I felt exhausted, sore throat and ready to make friends with my pillow and blanket. "That's the life of a chronic pain sufferer".
