The Good Wife Is Coming To An End this Spring!
I have to say that The Good Wife hasn't been the same since Will died but I was a bit saddened when the news came out. It appears that Season 7 will be wrapping up the series as of May 8th.
I'm going to miss all of the amazing guest stars, writing and business fashion.
When I'm short on time and still need to make dinner this is my go-to recipe. What's your go-to recipe?
Korean Beef with Brown Rice
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low-sodium)
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (to desired spiciness)
salt and pepper
1 bunch green onions, diced (don't skip this!)
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown hamburger with garlic in the sesame oil. Drain most of the fat and add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, salt and pepper and red peppers. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors. Serve over steamed rice and top with green onions.

Our family favorite desserts are cake and fry bread!
I first discovered the strawberry fridge cake on Pinterest, this summer. We love strawberries, cake and that's its kept in the fridge. I'll definitely be making it again!

I forgot about it after moving to San Diego but when he needed an American Indian recipe for a school project we came across our go to recipe!
