We Always Have Fun At The Farmers Market

We spent some time at the Craig Ranch Park Farmers Market, on Mother's Day. It's always a good time, checking out the vendor's wares, catching up with friends and enjoying the festive mood.

This time, our daughter-in-law to be was in charge of the camera.

I think she did a fabulous job!

Look Who's Two Month Old This Week!

Gaia's outfit was purchased from Target. The coral floral dress came with matching panties. I purchased the hair barrette from a vendor, at the farmers market.

It's Getting Hot In Here! Time to Rock My Short Wigs!

Hot temps, this week! I'm ready. Fifth Avenue Collection Vanessa Delon SP1B/27 @samsbeauty#wigpic.twitter.com/BcITrFkVam— Rona BerryMorin (@berrymorin) May 9, 2016

This week, we're looking at 90+ temperatures, Las Vegas. So this wig wearer has ordered a couple of new short wigs, for her summer collection.

The Fifth Avenue Collection Vanessa Delon is my favorite. I can add barrettes or a headband to change the look. And I'll be cool too!

Le Tote Fashion Subscription Box Is In the House!

How does it work per Le Tote website: Le Tote is a fashion subscription service that allows members to borrow clothing and accessories for $59/month and maternity clothing for $69/month. Each shipment includes three pieces of clothing and two accessories, curated using Le Tote’s proprietary algorithm. You can choose to swap items ahead of delivery and keep them as long as you like. Once you're done enjoying your tote, simply return it to receive another.

You also have an option to purchase items for 20-50 percent off retail. Le Tote partners with more than 150 brands including French Connection, Vince Camuto, BCBGeneration, Free People, Splendid, BB Dakota, House of Harlow 1960, Rebecca Minkoff and more.

After a month, I'm really enjoying this fashion subscription box. It's fun to try different styles, inside my own home.

Once I'm done trying or wearing everything, I pack everything, inside the return shipping label bag. There's no time limit. And if you fall in love…

Mother's Day Outfit of the Day

This year, I wanted to wear something comfortable, affordable and stylish, on Mother's Day. This multi-colored jumpsuit with pockets was only $5, at the local thrift shop! Perfect choice for a sunny day at the park.

I paired it with a pair of Old Navy hot pink sandals, that I purchased from thredUP. I think I onlly spent $5 for them.

Lots of compliments, smiles, hugs and Mother's Day greetings this year!

Menu Plan Monday ~ May 9, 2016

My morning mug shot for our local Channel 8 News. They showed my photo along with 2 others. It was wicked fun to hear from friends who saw it.

I'm joining other weekly menu planners at Organizing Junkie, for Menu Plan Monday. It's a great reference for recipes and inspiration.

Since developing gastritis, I find that I still enjoy cooking for my husband. I find myself getting lost in the preparation and cooking. It's creative and relaxing.

Happy Mother's Day!

My Mother's Day weekend started with a visit to the San Gennaro Feast. Hubby and I took our oldest granddaughter.

We went on the Ferris wheel, took photos and I realized that I suffer from heights!

We took time to enjoy amazing funnel cakes, fried corn dogs, and other delicious carnival foods. Neveah was shocked how yummy the food was.

There was a variety of food vendors at the festival. Mexican, Hawaiian, BBQ, and of course Italian were very popular.

As usual, the prices were high. We stuck to our budget but left full.

Nevaeh had so much on the rides. But she expecially enjoyed the petting zoo and pony ride.

The goats, calf and chickens were my favortie. The little piglet won all of our hearts!
